
We’re proud to share that our new Sales Leadership Programme has launched! This 12-month training initiative is designed to equip our current and aspiring commercial leaders across our portfolio with the skills, confidence, and strategic insight to lead high-performing sales functions.
The current cohort features candidates from across our growing network of software companies, including Hellenic Systems, Motion Software, Contronics, Jonas Event Technology, Imaginet, Dataflow Events, MachineMax, Greycon, and Béker-Soft Informatika. Participants include both existing Heads of Sales and Commercial Leaders, as well as rising Sales Executives with ambitions to step into senior roles.
Focused on sales management and leadership within SME software companies, the programme aims to prepare each individual to run a successful commercial operation – either now or in the future – within our business units.
A practical, people-driven programme
Spanning 12 months, the programme blends core learning with invaluable networking opportunities. Face-to-face sessions will bring participants together in person, helping to build relationships, share experiences, and strengthen ties across our global software community.
Each candidate will complete a development assessment before and after the programme, enabling us to track individual progress and provide clear guidance on future career paths.
Programme goals
