Towards the end of 2023, we hosted our first ever Vesta Nucleo event in Latin America, bringing together both current and future leaders from all of our companies in the region.
Montevideo provided the perfect backdrop for two days packed full of excitement, learning, sharing best practices and exchanging exciting ideas. Most importantly, though, the event gave us the opportunity to strengthen connections with our fellow colleagues across the group.
Across the two days, we had some excellent presentations delivered by our speakers. Some of the key topics included:
- Operational and working capital efficiencies
- Tips on employee motivation through feedback
- Strategic marketing and sales
- Effective pricing and best practices
- How to draft great commercial contracts
- Designing successful product roadmaps
As well the presentations, we held Q&A sessions with Jeff Mackinnon (CFO at Jonas Software) and Barry Symons (CEO at Jonas Software), where our teams had the opportunity to hear from their experiences and gain valuable insights.
