Vesta Software Group acquires Hellenic Systems Ltd

Wallingford, Oxfordshire, June 30, 2023 – Vesta Software Group Limited (“Vesta”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Hellenic Systems Ltd (“Hellenic”). Hellenic is a leading provider of factory MES software systems for the food processing industry and has been operating since 1988.
