Our team recently visited the vibrant Esade Business School in Barcelona for their Early Talent Careers Fair – an exciting opportunity to connect with the next generation of talent and share what life at Vesta is all about.
Ken Barragan, Francesco Setola, Pablo Garrido, and Ashley Park – an Esade alum and current intern at Vesta – were on hand to meet students, answer questions, and offer insight into the fast-moving world of M&A. Ashley’s journey from student to intern with us is a great example of the pathway we’re proud to offer, and a key reason we launched our M&A Intern Programme in 2024: to support ambitious individuals looking to gain real-world experience in a dynamic, global environment.
As part of the event, Francesco hosted a packed masterclass which highlighted our parent company, Constellation Software Inc., and offered a behind-the-scenes look at Vesta’s unique approach to mergers and acquisitions. He also shared practical advice on how to stand out in interviews and succeed in the early stages of your career.
