Professional Services (PS) teams often face similar challenges – from navigating utilisation targets to adapting to new technologies – yet rarely get the chance to learn from one another. That’s why we’ve launched a new long-term programme designed to bring PS professionals together across our portfolio of companies.
Running as a monthly online series, the initiative creates space for PS Managers, Team Leaders, and future leaders to share ideas, challenge thinking and build best practices together. It’s the start of a growing PS network that’s all about collaboration, growth and real-world impact.
A network built on shared experience
Each online session, delivered via Microsoft Teams, focuses on a specific topic that matters to PS teams – from strategic planning to day-to-day delivery. So far, sessions have explored metrics like PS ratio, billability and utilisation, as well as exploring AI for professional services.
Sessions are designed to be interactive, with participants encouraged to share their own experiences, work through challenges in small groups and test new ideas. Between meetings, everyone is invited to trial a best practice they’re not currently using and return to the group with reflections – what worked, what didn’t and what could be adapted. It’s a practical way to learn from each other and avoid reinventing the wheel.
