We are incredibly proud of our HUB team in Uruguay, who came together to participate in the Pérez Scremini 5k and 10k race this September.
The Pérez Scremini Foundation, which works tirelessly towards curing childhood and adolescent cancer in Uruguay, organised the race to raise awareness and funds for their vital work. The foundation’s efforts save lives and provide essential support to families during difficult times.
This year’s race spanned across 12 cities in Uruguay, demonstrating the widespread support for the foundation’s cause. However, our Vesta HUB team started out from the bustling city of Montevideo, taking on the challenge of both the 5k and 10k options. Regardless of the distance or pace, every step we took was filled with purpose and the shared belief that our efforts could help change lives.
It was more than just a race – it was a moment to reflect on the resilience of children and adolescents facing cancer, as well as the power of community coming together for a common good.
