Vesta Software Group is delighted to announce that Tom Baptie has been promoted to Chief Operations Officer of the group.
Moving on from his role as Head of Finance, Tom will report to the CEO of Vesta, heading up all of the group’s central administration services, including Finance, HR, IT, Compliance and UK Payment Processing. As COO, Tom will be pivotal to the success and growth of the group, supporting a growing number of portfolio companies on a global scale.
For Vesta, scalability as we grow is vital and the automation of systems and processes is key in our ever-changing, constant growth environment.
Tom said: “I’m delighted to continue my journey within the Vesta Software Group. I have been here from the origin of the group and seen growth from a small UK presence to now being a truly global player. My path over the last 6 years has seen me build a fantastic Finance function where ‘Great, Innovative People’ have allowed us to push the capabilities and performance of the function to incredible levels.”
