This adds to a growing list of accolades that reflect something we care about deeply: making sure the people across our group genuinely feel supported, valued and able to thrive, not just at work, but in life.
What the list measures
The UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™ list looks beyond the basics of workplace culture to focus specifically on the holistic experience of wellbeing at work. Great Place To Work® culture experts analyse thousands of confidential employee surveys, assessing fundamental facets of wellbeing including work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction and financial security.
It’s a high bar. Organisations need to already hold Great Place To Work® Certification before they’re even eligible to be considered, and the rankings themselves are based entirely on what employees say about their own experience, not on what a company claims about itself.
Why wellbeing matters to us
Across our group, we’ve long believed that great people make great companies, but that belief only holds up if we genuinely invest in the wellbeing of the people behind it. That means thinking beyond traditional benefits and considering the fuller picture: mental health, financial security, flexibility and the everyday experience of feeling supported by the people around you.
Part of a bigger picture
This recognition adds to a list of accolades that reflects a consistent story about life at Vesta. In 2025, we were named to the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women™ list and the UK’s Best Workplaces in Tech™ list, following our inclusion in the Tech list in 2024, too. Together with our Great Place To Work® Certification, these recognitions paint a clear picture: this is a place where people are genuinely looked after, across every measure that matters.
Recognition like this isn’t something any single person or team can take credit for. It’s a reflection of how people across our entire group – spanning more than 20 countries and dozens of independently run businesses – choose to treat one another every day.
Being named on this list is something we’re proud of, but it’s not the finish line. Wellbeing isn’t a box to tick once a year when an award comes around. It’s something we want to keep showing up for, in the everyday experience of everyone who’s part of the Vesta family.
