Vesta Software Group acquires GSoft

Wallingford, Oxfordshire, August 1^st, 2023 – Vesta Software Group (“Vesta”), a subsidiary of Jonas Software (“Jonas”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of GSoft, this will be Vesta’s fifth acquisition in Uruguay. GSoft was founded in 1999 and is focused on electronic invoicing, payment solutions and point of sale systems for retail and restaurants.
