Vesta achieves Great Place To Work Certification 2025

We’re proud to announce that Vesta Software Group has once again been officially certified as a Great Place To Work® in the UK – for the second year in a row!

This prestigious recognition is awarded to companies that go above and beyond to create outstanding employee experiences. It’s based entirely on feedback from our people, making it a genuine reflection of the culture we continue to build together across Vesta’s growing portfolio.

What is the Great Place To Work® Certification?

Great Place To Work® is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and leadership behaviours proven to deliver market-leading revenue, retention, and innovation. The certification process is rigorous – and for good reason. It requires businesses to submit comprehensive information about company culture, practices, and values, alongside anonymous employee feedback gathered via the Trust Index™ survey.

To be certified, a company must reach a minimum threshold of positive responses across a number of categories – from trust in leadership and pride in what we do, to how much people enjoy working with their colleagues.
