As 2025 begins, we’re taking a moment to reflect on another extraordinary year at Vesta Software Group. From groundbreaking acquisitions to strategic team growth and global events, 2024 was a year of milestones, laying a strong foundation for even greater achievements in the months ahead.
Acquisitions: Expanding our global footprint
This year, we proudly welcomed five new acquisitions, further strengthening our global presence:
- MachineMax
- MWC Partners
- Dataflow Events
- Amisoft
- Béker-Soft Informatika
Notably, the acquisition of Béker-Soft Informatika marked our first expansion into Hungary, a significant milestone for Vesta. With these additions, we now operate across four continents and over a dozen countries worldwide – and counting!
We’ve also had the opportunity to create a strategic base for future capital deployment, ensuring continued growth and impact in each region in which we are present.
Team growth: Building a worldwide workforce
2024 was a year of international team expansion, particularly across Europe and Latin America. Key hires included senior roles in M&A, IT, Finance, HR, and Transactional Support.
To strengthen our leadership capabilities, we expanded our teams of Group Leaders and Portfolio Leaders, creating a robust framework to help our acquisitions achieve their goals.
In line with our commitment to nurturing future talent, we proudly launched our M&A Intern Programme. This initiative offers participants hands-on experience with real-world global acquisitions, empowering the next generation of industry leaders.

Team events: Connecting across continents
This year, we brought our global teams together through three major events that showcased innovation, collaboration, and teamwork:
- Back2Basics 24 (UK): Teams from across Europe, LATAM, and the USA came together for insightful presentations, friendly competition, and the launch of our Simply Sustainable partnership, aimed at creating meaningful community and environmental impact.
- LATAM AI Conference (Montevideo, Uruguay): A hybrid event that explored cutting-edge developments in artificial intelligence, equipping our teams with actionable insights.
- Vesta Nucleo 24 (Santiago, Chile): Leaders from across our business units gathered for two days of learning, collaboration, and engaging team-building activities.
