Earlier this month, members of the Vesta Software Group team travelled to Toronto, Canada, to take part in the latest JonasGROWs event – a gathering designed to bring together leaders from across the global Jonas Software portfolio.
With over 185 business units represented and nearly 300 executive leaders in attendance, the event created an incredible environment for connection, collaboration and growth. Many of Vesta’s own businesses were part of the three-day programme, which combined breakout sessions, networking opportunities and inspiring keynotes.
The aim? To help leaders grow their businesses and their careers while igniting fresh ideas, inspiring conversations and strengthening the collective drive to learn and succeed.
A Vesta highlight on the big stage
A standout moment for our team was seeing Thomasina Ward, Group Leader at Vesta and former Managing Director of CRB Cunninghams – Vesta and Jonas’s largest UK business – deliver one of the keynote sessions.
Thomasina shared CRB’s inspiring ‘Good to Great’ journey, highlighting how the company has evolved and grown within the Jonas and Vesta family. Her story offered valuable lessons in leadership, transformation and building long-term success – resonating with leaders across multiple industries.
Looking ahead
Events like JonasGROWs are a reminder of the strength within the Jonas portfolio: a community of businesses that not only share knowledge and expertise but also support one another to achieve more together.
