About Adrian
Adrian is Group Chief Information Officer at Vesta Software Group, where he leads the Group’s technology, information security and infrastructure capabilities across the growing portfolio of vertical market software businesses.
Adrian brings extensive experience across IT leadership, cyber security, service delivery, technical operations and acquisition due diligence and integration. Before joining Vesta, he spent nearly a decade at a highly acquisitive legal firm, holding senior IT and security leadership roles including Head of IT and Information Security and Chief Information Security Officer. During this time, he supported the firm through significant growth, including conducting technical due diligence on acquisition opportunities and leading the integration of people, systems, suppliers, security controls and operational processes from acquired legal firms.
Earlier in his career, Adrian built broad hands-on technical and service delivery experience in the managed service provider space supporting client-side IT environments, with experience in a wide range of industries, operating models and business-critical technology platforms. This practical experience has been strengthened by the knowledge gained through the IT & Digital Leadership Programme at Cranfield School of Management, combining operational technology leadership with a broader understanding of digital strategy, business transformation and organisational change.
At Vesta, Adrian focuses on building secure, scalable and resilient technology and security foundations that support operational excellence across the Group. He works with portfolio companies to strengthen their systems, processes and security posture, while supporting integration planning and long-term growth.
